Our Response: Temporary Suspension of Online Sales

Because of the seriousness and scope of these federal changes, and until there is clarity from regulators or additional legislative action, Queensbridge Apothecary will temporarily suspend online sales of hemp-derived THC products. This includes delta-8, THCA, and other related cannabinoid products that may fall outside the narrow new federal parameters.

This decision is made out of a commitment to:

• Protect our customers and community from inadvertently purchasing products that might be federally unlawful after the new law takes effect.

• Give our legal and compliance teams time to interpret how these changes will be implemented in practice.

• Ensure that we continue to operate in full compliance with all federal and state requirements.
